PLEASE NOTE ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH WITH THE PURCHASE BEFORE COMPLETING THE TRANSACTION. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CANCELLATION REQUESTS. WE CANNOT COMBINE ORDERS ONCE THEY ARE PLACED.

WE ALSO DO NOT GUARANTEE MINT CONDITION PACKAGING. IF THE PACKAGING HAS A SLIGHT DING OR CREASE IT IS NOT SUBJECT TO A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Yes. The limit is TWO PER HOUSEHOLD for the duration of the sale. We take a hard stance on scalpers and bots, and any duplicate orders or orders due to bot use will be cancelled. We have anti-fraud measures in place to detect fraudulent orders. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE IT CAN RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF ALL ORDERS YOU HAVE PLACED.

You will be charged IMMEDIATELY upon placing your order. Items will not start shipping until a week before NYCC.

We are required to charge sales tax on purchases in states or countries that legally require it.

Yes. LIMITED QUANTITIES of our 2023 Convention Exclusives will be available at the NECA booth. They will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.
