NECA Convention Exclusive Pre-Sale FAQs

2024 NYCC NECA CON EXCLUSIVE PRE-SALE GOES LIVE:

AT 12 pm ET / 9 am PT EACH DAY

Each day we will put a set amount of stock up for sale.

Once that quantity is sold out, the sale is over for that day.

PLACING AN ITEM IN YOUR CART DOES NOT MEAN IT IS RESERVED FOR YOU.

THE ITEM IS NOT YOURS UNTIL YOUR PAYMENT IS PROCESSED. STOCK CAN RUN OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR TRANSACTION.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH WITH THE PURCHASE BEFORE COMPLETING THE TRANSACTION. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CANCELLATION REQUESTS. WE CANNOT COMBINE ORDERS ONCE THEY ARE PLACED.

WE ALSO DO NOT GUARANTEE MINT CONDITION PACKAGING. IF THE PACKAGING HAS A SLIGHT DING OR CREASE IT IS NOT SUBJECT TO A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

GENERAL

HOW DOES THE CON EXCLUSIVE PRE-SALE WORK?

NECA will release limited quantities of 2024 Con Exclusives on Store.necaonline.com for pre-sale at 12 pm ET / 9 am PT on September 25th, 26th, and 27th. These Exclusives are estimated to ship directly to your home after NYCC. We recommend placing pre-order items on separate orders from any in-stock items as your order will not ship until ALL items in the order arrive at the warehouse.

WHAT ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVES THIS YEAR?

Each Con Exclusive will be revealed individually on NECA social and email leading up to the pre-sale. Follow us on Instagram and sign up for our email list to be the first to know!

WILL YOU BE OFFERING THE EXCLUSIVES FOR SALE IN STORES OR AT OTHER CONVENTIONS?

No, these Convention Exclusives will ONLY be available on Store.necaonline.com during the online pre-order event and in-booth (Booth #2821) at New York Comic Con 2024.

PRE-ORDERING FAQS

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY I CAN ORDER?

Yes, purchase limits apply. Specific purchase limit information can be found on each product page.

We take a hard stance on scalpers and bots, and any duplicate orders or orders due to bot use will be cancelled. We have anti-fraud measures in place to detect fraudulent orders. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE IT CAN RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF ALL ORDERS YOU HAVE PLACED.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

You will be charged IMMEDIATELY upon placing your order. All sales are final.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?

We are required to charge sales tax on purchases in states or countries that legally require it.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR PRE-ORDERS?

This site accepts all major credit cards, PayPal and Shop Pay.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

No. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they are placed. Exclusives fall under the same policies of all NECA purchases. All sales are final.

CAN I PRE-ORDER ONLINE & PICK UP MY ITEM AT YOUR NYCC BOOTH?

No. If you pre-order an exclusive here, it will be shipped to you.

Convention Exclusives are estimated to start shipping after NYCC (October 2024).

No, these Convention Exclusives will ONLY be available on Store.necaonline.com during the online pre-order event and in-booth (Booth #2821) at New York Comic Con 2024.

SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Convention Exclusives are estimated to start shipping after NYCC (October 2024).

Shipping dates are estimates and subject to change.

Please note: If your order has multiple PRE-ORDER items, your order will not ship until ALL pre-order items arrive.

We recommend placing separate orders if items have different arrival dates.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

All items can be shipped to U.S. addresses (recommended) and most international addresses, while supplies last. We can NOT ship to PO boxes.

You will be charged IMMEDIATELY on placing your order, but items will not ship until the items are available in our warehouse. Check product pages for updated estimated ship dates.

International countries are listed at check out. If your country is not listed please reach out to NECA Customer Service. All sales are final. Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are not charged at the time of purchase. You may be charged additional duties and import taxes when you receive your shipment.

IF I ADD OTHER ITEMS TO MY ORDER, WILL THEY SHIP SEPARATELY FROM THE CON EXCLUSIVES?

No. If you add items that are not exclusives to your order, you will receive ALL the items, if available, at the same time.

We recommend placing pre-order items on separate orders from any in-stock items as your order will not ship until ALL items arrive at the warehouse. Place orders based on similar estimated ship times to not have to wait for all items to arrive. Estimated ship times can be found on all product pages.

CAN I BUY YOUR EXCLUSIVES AT NYCC?

Yes. LIMITED QUANTITIES of our 2024 Convention Exclusives will be available at the NECA booth. They will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.
