Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our Con Exclusive product drops: how to order, when they ship, where they’re available, and what to expect.

HOW DOES THE CON EXCLUSIVE PRE-SALE WORK?

NECA will release limited quantities of 2025 Con Exclusives on store.necaonline.com for pre-sale JUNE 18 @ 11 am ET / 8 am PT, JUNE 19 @ 12 pm ET / 9 am PT, JUNE 20 @ 1 pm ET / 10 am PT. These Exclusives are estimated to ship directly to your home after SDCC. We recommend placing pre-order items on separate orders from any in-stock items as your order will not ship until ALL items in the order arrive at the warehouse.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY I CAN ORDER?

Yes, purchase limits apply. Specific purchase limit information can be found on each product page.

We take a hard stance on scalpers and bots, and any duplicate orders or orders due to bot use will be cancelled. We have anti-fraud measures in place to detect fraudulent orders. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE IT CAN RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF ALL ORDERS YOU HAVE PLACED.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

You will be charged IMMEDIATELY upon placing your order. All sales are final.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Convention Exclusives are estimated to start shipping after SDCC (Q3 2025).

Shipping dates are estimates and subject to change.

Please note: If your order has multiple PRE-ORDER items, your order will not ship until ALL pre-order items arrive.

We recommend placing separate orders if items have different arrival dates.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?

We are required to charge sales tax on purchases in states or countries that legally require it.

CAN I BUY YOUR EXCLUSIVES AT SDCC?

Yes. LIMITED QUANTITIES of our 2025 Convention Exclusives will be available at the NECA booth #3545. They will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.

CAN I PRE-ORDER ONLINE & PICK UP MY ITEM AT YOUR SDCC BOOTH?

No. If you pre-order an exclusive here, it will be shipped to you.

WILL YOU BE OFFERING THE EXCLUSIVES FOR SALE IN STORES OR AT OTHER CONVENTIONS?

No, these Convention Exclusives will ONLY be available on store.necaonline.com during the online pre-order event and in-booth at San Diego Comic Con 2025.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR PRE-ORDERS?
