Due to high demand during the fall season, orders may take longer than our usual 10 business days to process and ship. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact NECA Customer Service. Thank you for your patience & support.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders do not ship until all items are in stock (excluding special circumstances).

If your order has a pre-order item, please refer to the product page for the estimated shipping timeframe. You can also check for shipping updates for pre-order items on our Pre-Order Status Page.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY I CAN ORDER?

Some products have an order limit and some do not. Each product page will verify if that product has an order limit.

Most Comic Con Exclusive products and autographed products will have a limit to 1 or 2 per household.

We take a hard stance on scalpers and bots and have anti-fraud measures in place. We will cancel any duplicate orders, orders made by bot use, or if we suspect fraud. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE IT CAN RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF ALL ORDERS YOU HAVE PLACED.

DOES PLACING AN ITEM IN MY CART RESERVE IT FOR ME?

NO. An item is not yours until your payment is processed.

Warning - Stock can run out in the middle of your transaction. We recommend creating an account and being logged in when a sale begins.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR ORDER CANCELLATIONS?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please make sure you want to go through with the purchase before completing the transaction. We are not accepting cancellation requests. Find more information in the NECA Refund Policy.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?

We do not guarantee mint condition packaging. If the packaging has a slight ding or crease, it is not subject to a return or exchange.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

You will be charged IMMEDIATELY on placing your order. Shipping dates and delivery information is stated in the product's description.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, countries are listed at checkout. If your country is not listed please reach out to NECA Customer Service.

Please note all international sales are final. Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are not charged at the time of purchase. You may be charged additional duties and import taxes when you receive your shipment.

CAN ORDERS BE COMBINED TO CUT DOWN ON SHIPPING?

No, we cannot combine orders once they are placed. Each order you place will have it's own shipping cost.

Please note all shipping rates are subject to change at any time.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?

We are required to charge sales tax on purchases in New Jersey, as well as other states/countries that legally require it.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR ORDERS?

This site accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.
