- ALL SALES ARE FINAL INCLUDING PRE-ORDER SALES.
- PRE-ORDERS ARE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE IN DEVELOPMENT AND SUBJECT TO SHIFTING IN-STOCK DATES. TO SEE THE MOST UP-TO-DATE ESTIMATE ON PRODUCT ARRIVAL, VISIT THE PRODUCT PAGE.
- NECA WILL NOT MODIFY, REROUTE OR CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE PLACED.
- NECA MAY CANCEL/REFUND ORDERS AT ANY TIME DUE TO STOCK LIMITATIONS, QUALITY PROBLEMS, INACCURATE INFORMATION FROM CUSTOMERS, FRAUD RISK ANALYSIS, OR ANY OTHER REASON.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges vary depending on the package size, weight, destination and shipping method. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on dimensional volume. Please note, for international orders, you may be required to pay the relevant taxes, duties, and customs fees to your country when your items are delivered.
SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
Please note, if there are any special shipping offers available on NECA, the offers only apply to orders shipping to a continental USA destination and may not apply to all items. Shipping promotions do not apply to oversized packages.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete and safe to ship to a non-P.O. Box shipping address when you place your order. NECA is not able to modify, reroute or cancel orders once placed. Please verify you entered the complete shipping address including the unit number and reachable phone number when completing checkout. NECA is not responsible for the package once the carrier has delivered and provided proof of delivery. Please make sure you plan accordingly. If your shipping address changes, you are responsible for notifying customer service immediately of any updates.
There is a $15 restocking fee for undeliverable or refused orders. If your order is returned due to it being undeliverable or refused, your order will be cancelled and refunded your order total minus the $15 restocking fee. If your order is under $15, a refund will not be issued.
At this time NECA does NOT ship to any P.O. Box address. We apologize for any inconvenience.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
When the item is available for pre-order, there is a window of time to place an order for the item with a future fulfillment time that will be longer than the normal fulfillment time of an item that is in-stock. On the item page, you will see the expected shipping date. For example, a pre-order for an item might start in December but not ship from NECA's warehouse until June.
Orders will not be fulfilled until all items are in-stock. We recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items and in-stock items. If an order has multiple pre-order items and those items have different shipping dates, the order will not ship until ALL pre-order items arrive. Orders will not be split.
Shipping dates are estimates and subject to change. Due to unforeseen issues with production and/or shipping, an item might be delayed or cancelled. Please refer to the Pre-Order Status Page and/or the individual product pages for estimated shipping timeframes. If there are any changes or delays for an item you order, NECA Customer Service will notify you.
As with all NECA orders, once a pre-order is placed it cannot be altered or cancelled by the customer. Please review your information and the item description and FAQs before placing your order. If your shipping address changes, you are responsible for notifying customer service immediately of any updates.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders do not ship until all items are in-stock and the order has been fully processed. Order processing for orders with in-stock items only can take 5-10 days. Please consider the order processing time before placing your order. You should receive an order tracking number via email and in your NECA account the day after your order is in transit with the carrier.
Please be aware that any orders placed on or immediately following a release date or during a sale may require additional processing time.
PRICING POLICY
NECA reserves the right to change prices at any time. Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
SHIPPING METHODS WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA
NECA uses UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx to ship orders. Packages shipped using these carriers are trackable. Please make sure that you use an address where all carriers can safely leave your package without risk of theft. If your order is not delivered as promised, we can assist you in contacting the carrier regarding the missing order and in select cases issue a replacement or refund to you. Unfortunately, some addresses including P.O. Box or APO addresses are not serviced by these carriers.

- 5-10 Business Days for in-stock items (in addition to the 5-10 Business Days for order processing)

Due to our licensing partnerships, certain items can not be offered for purchase in certain countries. Shipping restrictions/limitations for each product can be found in the product's FAQ section. International customers might experience restrictions when trying to add a restricted item to their cart or at checkout. Orders may be canceled if the item is not available for that destination.
Please note: All international sales are final. Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are not charged at the time of purchase. You may be charged additional duties and import taxes when you receive your shipment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We make every attempt to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified in any way. If you do have any issues with your order please contact NECA Customer Service.
