HOW DOES THIS VAULT EVENT WORK?
From October 9-12, we are unlocking the vault for a few hours starting at 11 am ET. We are releasing one product every hour, on the hour during the event times.
Each vault release will be available for purchase for one (1) hour or while supplies last. Quantities are very limited and it is first come, first served.
The Vault Schedule: (ALL EASTERN TIME)
- Thursday, October 9: 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm ET
- Friday, October 10: 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm ET
- Saturday, October 11: 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm ET
- Sunday, October 12: 11am, 12pm, 1pm ET
This Vault Event will be open online and at the New York Comic Con booth #3007 at the same times.

Can I get these vault items at NYCC?
YES! If you are at New York Comic Con, come to Booth #3007 to purchase these Vault items in person October 9-12!
The Vault Schedule is the same online and at NYCC - Quantities are very limited both online and in-person!

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY I CAN ORDER?
Yes. The limit is ONE (1) of each NECA Vault item.
We take a hard stance on scalpers and bots, and any duplicate orders or orders due to bot use will be cancelled. We have anti-fraud measures in place to detect fraudulent orders.
IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE IT CAN RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF ALL ORDERS YOU HAVE PLACED.
DOES PLACING AN ITEM IN MY CART RESERVE IT FOR ME?
No. An item is not yours until your payment is processed.
Warning - Stock can run out in the middle of your transaction.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Due to licensing restrictions, some items may not be available for purchase in some countries. Please refer to the shipping information on each product page for any shipping restrictions.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT ship to some addresses including P.O. Box or APO addresses.
IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONCE DURING THE VAULT EVENT, CAN I COMBINE MY ORDERS INTO ONE?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders. Multiple orders will ship separately.
WHEN WILL MY VAULT ORDER SHIP?
All Vault items are in-stock and ready to ship. Please allow 5-10 business days to process and ship your order.
IF YOUR ORDER HAS OTHER PRE-ORDER ITEMS, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL ALL ITEMS ARE IN-STOCK.
We recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items and in-stock items.
Shipping dates are estimates and subject to change. We do our best to keep you updated with any changes. Please refer to our Pre-Order Status page for more info on all our pre-order products.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?
We do not guarantee mint condition packaging. If the packaging has a slight ding or crease, it is not subject to a return or exchange.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
Yes. We are required to charge sales tax on purchases in states/countries that legally require it.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
This site accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
No. Due to limited quantities, all sales are final, and we cannot offer replacements.
